Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $50.00 USD.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Dispute Resolution / Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class or representative actions). You and Mizumi Sushi waive the right to a jury trial. Either party may pursue eligible matters in small claims court.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
